The electronic blinker is intended to drive two swing-gate signal lamps at rail - road level crossings. Signal lamp could be designed with LEDs of power 1W or with incandascent lamps of power 5-10W.
The blinker at it's output generates 24V, 1Hz squarewave voltage.
The blinker input voltage is powered from power line 220V, 50Hz and inside is placed a 24V 1.2Ah accu-battery ensuring so at least 30 min working autonomy at 20W output load.
