The rectifier - charger FDPAB 24-150A/3U enables 24V nominal voltage accu-battery charging by I, U1, U2 charge characteristics and power supply for loads using battery voltage. Load power supply is also possible if accu-battery is not present.
FDPAB 24-150A/3U is applied on electromotor trains and locomotives that are equiped with 24V accu-battery.

The rectifier - charger is powered by three phase voltage 3x380V 50Hz which is connected to the rectifier when train or locomotive is in station or engine shed. By the way it is possible to charge battery and to supply battery loads with power when rotating train (locomotive) generators are off. If mains is present the rectifier - charger will send an information to the outer installation. With respect to this information it is possible to power some loads no matter of AC generator state.
