Timer VR - 1 is purposed for limiting of railway switch motors operating time in case of railway switch wedge. 
The operating time could be adjusted with potentiometer in range of 2 - 16 seconds. 
Relay control voltage is 46 V DC, output is 8A, 250V change-over contact. 
There are two VR – 1 timers in the single case.
